Director: Patricia Welsh

Patricia A. Welsh is Corporate Secretary of Caribbean Centre for Organisation Development Excellence Limited (CARI-CODE). As a Financial Services Professional,  she has proven analytical and organisational skills utilized in improving the efficiency of  job tasks and functions requiring a strong knowledge of banking services, products and operations in fast-paced, high-pressure, deadline-oriented service environments. She is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology. She is committed to quality service and has reduced costs and labor time by being a Key Player and Subject Matter Expert and has commenced studies in Lean Six Sigma, She is proficient in supporting and promoting the acceptance of change in processes and procedures.

Patricia has proven leadership and staff management skills in multicultural environments with a flair for balancing motivation and discipline that drives the attainment of group and personal best in performance. Proven ability to quickly understand internal and external client needs and translate these requirements into effective solutions.  She currently is an Associate Director with the United Bank of Switzerland UBS)   and has served the Bank since 1988 in positions of Management, Investigator.  More recently she has been an Instructor and Facilitator both in the United States and Switzerland. Before moving to the United States of America, Patricia worked as a Manager of Customer Service for Royal Bank and Trust in the area of Collections and Letter of Credit and spent …years with the Royal Bank of Jamaica. She currently gives motivational talks to various groups.
