The Caribbean Centre for Organisation Development Excellence (CARI-CODE) is a dynamic resource vehicle for organizational transformation, enhancement, and development.
The Centre offers custom-designed Development Interventions, mainly to Caribbean organizations of all types and sizes, in both public and private sectors. CARI-CODE prides itself in helping Organisations and the WorOkforce adapt to change, with focus on processes and human development.
Organisation Development is a science-based process that helps organisations to build their capacity to change and achieve greater effectiveness, by developing, improving and reinforcing strategies, structures and processes.
Organisation Development interventions may include an organisation diagnois and action research along with several other toolets, which will help orgaisations overcome hurdles, disruptions and challenges to become relevant and future-ready.
