Effectiveness in Team Leadership is important. Leaders of today need to learn to combine a leadership role with full-time operational responsibilities. This is a base programme which should be supported by coaching sessions to cover in detail the salient aspects of leadership and supervision—e.g. Delegation, motivation, communication etc. This programme will build a solid foundation on which the new leader will achieve team excellence.
